Refund policy
PeachEase™ will only accept a return, exchange or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase. No refund will be made for products that have been opened, used or returned damaged.
All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Please email contact@peachease.com with your order number to start the returns process.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at contact@peachease.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We also do not accept change-of-mind returns if the product has been used.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or be sent a store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Change Of Mind
We will provide store credit for any changes of mind prior to an order being shipped. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Subscriptions
No refunds are made to subscription orders which are cancelled before the 3x cycle (24 weeks) subscription due to the discount offered on the subscription. You may only cancel your subscription after the subscription cycle is completed.
